JewelSonic® is a marketplace between buyers and sellers of jewelry and watches. Organize a transaction as you like, but JewelSonic® recommends that buyers and sellers follow 6 easy steps to protect yourselves and your transaction:
A Jewelry Revolution® Explained
-
- Sellers list your jewelry for sale by filling in as much of our search criteria as you know, writing a description, uploading photographs and documents, and naming your price. It takes only minutes!
- Buyers search our database using our quick-search or advance-search features to locate your new piece of jewelry.
- Buyers contact sellers by email using the email address provided by the seller. Most jewelry stores and jewelers on JewelSonic® have provided their contact information. JewelSonic® also allows individual sellers the option to have buyers initially contact them using an anonymous address through JewelSonic®.
- Arrange to see the item in person. If necessary, have the item appraised and certified. This is especially important when buying from individuals. The appraiser will verify the genuineness of the item for both parties. Please see our Jewelry Education page for important information on appraisal and certification.
- Accept the listed price or agree on a new one. Most jewelry stores and jewelers on JewelSonic have listed prices. Frequently, there is flexibility in the price of preowned items sold by individuals. See our FAQs for more information on pricing preowned jewelry.
- Make payment and enjoy your new jewelry!
A Jewelry Revolution® is waiting for you!
